Recently, Liu Feng, Director of General Administration of Civil Aviation Transportation with the heads of the dart, finance, airport, navigation, public security and other departments visited the air base of Xi Ya Air and inspected the pilot project of “Aviation + Tourism” and status of CCAR – 135 approval process.

Zhou Xiang, Deputy General Director of CAAC (Xinjiang) introduced the development of pilot project of “General Aviation + Tourism” in Xinjiang to the inspection group, and explained the progress of the CCAR-135 approval.
CAAC issued the notification in March 2017 which launched the pilot project of “General Aviation + Tourism” in Xinjiang. In April, CAAC (Xinjiang) issued Implementation Plan of the Pilot Work of “General Aviation + Tourism”, and included Xi Ya into the project.
Pilot work will be conducted on the implementation of CCAR-135 review process, and the regulations will be appropriately deviated and exempted from the trial, and the pilot will form a standardized manual model and the approval process model.
After all the work of preparation, Xi Ya submitted CCAR - 135 ministry approval application to CAAC (Xinjiang) in August 29, 2017, and passed the documents review on 22 September. 
On the forum of project inspection, Shang Kejia, Head of Division of Aviation, Gao Tian, Head of Department of Airport, Gao Yingwei, Head of Xinjiang CAAC, Fan Hongdong, Head of Division of Aviation discussed the obstacles and new situations occurred in the CCAR-135 approval process.
Director Liu Feng provided clear instructions that the company must work hard to meet the requirements of standard and be more innovative, so as to “look for breakthrough and generate highlight”.
