The morning of August 21st, with the roar of a helicopter, the first H125 operated by Air Xiya in Xinjiang landed in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University on the basketball court. A well-trained emergency team quickly approached the helicopter, and a ‘patient’ with broken legs and bleeding was lifted from the open cabin by the rescue team. The medical staff waiting at the landing point quickly sent the ‘patient’ to the emergency center for treatment after receiving him. This is the first air rescue exercises in Xinjiang organized by Air Xiya, the first helicopter business operation company in Xinjiang, and Ram Rescue Association, the civil professional rescue team, with the assistance of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University.

Air Xiya is a wholly owned subsidiary of Rifa Group. Since its establishment in December 2014, it has conducted various documentary aerial filming, such as "Tianshan pasture" migrations by CCTC, "artistic conception of China”. It has also participated in Chinese ring tower rally helicopter emergency rescue and medical security, China air medical rescue alliance flight, aviation forest guard patrol in Zhejiang province, aviation forest guard patrol in Tianshan region, private business flight in Hangzhou, Xiaoshan and other regions, and has been widely recognized by the community.
The emergency rescue effort is the first in Xinjiang to use helicopters as a tool for rescue activities. The rescue plane, Airbus H125, is the only helicopter to fly across Mount Qomolangma. In the drill, the simulated mountain tourist accident when climbing mountain should be examined and treated as soon as possible. As a result of the traffic jam, in order to obtain the most effective rescue in the shortest time, it is chosen to transport the wounded to the hospital by helicopter.

Urumqi 120 emergency center director Li Shulin said: "from the medical emergency, emergency rescue, disaster relief and accident rescue capability and level of view, general aviation has played an irreplaceable role in other modes of transportation. The air emergency rescue system in Beijing and Shanghai is playing a more and more important role in the major disaster relief and the transfer of critically ill patients. Xinjiang air-ground integration rescue is in its infancy and will be improved in the future.
