On July 20th, commissioned by the Science and Technology Department of Shandong Province, Liaocheng Science and Technology Bureau organized the acceptance meeting of the “RFRL40 high-grade rapier loom” project of Shandong Province, which was undertaken by Shandong Rifa Textile Machinery. The meeting was hosted by Li Xueqing, an expert from China Textile Machinery Association. Chen Shujiang from Shandong University, Yuhuishan from Liaocheng University, and other leaders from the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau and Xueyong and Economic and Trade Bureau attended the meeting.
First of all, the project acceptance expert group listened to the implementation of the project of this model of Shandong Rifa Textile Machinery Project Team and consulted relevant materials. Subsequently, the expert group, accompanied by the general manager of Li Zijun, conducted an inspection of the production site and actual operation of the RFRL-40 high-grade rapier loom. Finally, the expert group conducted a question and discussion session, arguing that the technical data provided by Shandong Rifa Textile Machinery was complete and standardized; the project loom completed the five major motion systems of the loom based on the existing high-speed rapier loom technology. And the corresponding electronic control system and other auxiliary institutions design and optimization; project loom has reached the international advanced level of the same type of products, can be widely used in the textile industry, and could replace imported equipment; project product RFRL-40 high-grade rapier loom has achieved good economic and social benefits. The acceptance expert group agreed that the RFRL-40 high-grade rapier looms have completed the task indicators required by the project task book and agreed to pass the project acceptance.
The project passed the acceptance test, which proves that Shandong Rifa Textile Machinery has taken another solid step in scientific research and innovation. The valuable opinions of the experts at the meeting will play an important role in the development and application of the future science and technology projects of Shandong Rifa Textile Machinery.
